Does anyone know the latest job grade system in polytechnic.
I am offered IPX Grade 5A. Not sure how it is. Is it really entry grade?

Anyone knows what is the poly lecturer scheme like? The different grades and salary range. How does it compare to the MX scheme in civil service?

this is true. the only person i know who joined poly from the private sector, went over for the slower pace because he had health issues
