DBS SEED ( high monthly pay )
1. no pay bump / title promotion, it's a contract learning job
2. no stocks, no sign bonus, etc. only pay + variable annual pay.
3. no job safety after 2 years, conversion not guaranteed.

Other Tech ( moderate monthly pay )
1. pay bump every year, title bump every 2 years or 1 year half if you're good
2. obviously stocks, bonus, WFH reimbursements, unless you pick some garbage company
3. job safety, not possible to get fired unless your entire team gets re-orged and wiped which is really rare...
Sigh…

There’s eligibility requirement of 0-2 years YOE and specific majors they are looking for.

bro I saw your post in that other thread,

you go check the FAQs,

"Will i be considered if i do not have STEM Degree?
If you do not have a root degree in STEM, but have a minor/taken a few STEM modules, you are welcomed to apply."

u go linkedin see the SEED people, not all of them have STEM degree also. i am 99% sure u can go in as long as you dont have like 5 YOE or some crazy experience like that

Private degree is as worthless as toilet paper to SMEs and MNCs

So many red flags

"Took a gap year" so interviewer saw the gap year in ur resume and said "ok here's 5.3k" lol??

"be smart when identifying the industry, be confident and know your stuff but don't smoke your way into the interview. "

Yayayaya most generic advice ever.

Hey guys remember, dont CSB during interview, also make sure to smile and dress well. oh btw, say please and thank you also and don't roll your eyes.

LMAO want CSB also so bad at it.. private uni grad, really cmi
