u check with the HR? couldnt spot this in the contract

A lot of employees in FO aren’t client facing but contribute to P&L.

e.g. CA assistants can value add by preparing proposals, Products team, Business mgmt / Strat planning etc.

Mostly vp/directors originate the deals and the juniors support so juniors dont face clients too much also. Mainly to keep the machine moving since its time sensitive and a piece of work is easily hundreds of man hours.. to expect juniors to bring in business is ignorant
