HR did mention a fast tracked interview process if we do perform well but no official plans to convert trainees are in place at the end of the program. Like what the name suggest, its to help us get skills to tide over the covid period so we can find jobs next year.

Thank you for the insight, but did they mention about number of headcount? If no plans to convert meaning they are not sure about their headcounts now?
Another question, somebody knows why GM offer is signed by GWM’s MD? Their GM is under IB isn’t it

How do y’all know exactly you guys will be with operations? My offer letter only stated that I will be with GMM, but they didn’t tell me which team I will be with during the traineeship.
