Ya, company just need hit headcount to fill project quota, then senior have to tank and carry jlb, end up burned out and quit. Repeats for awhile, end up Ensign doesnt really have much experienced/talented people left.
But they legit have budget for the weekly talk show and multiple shooting at HQ.
Also promotion and payraise is really minimal in there, i know some people in there since quann and the pay havent even reach 4k even with 5? years exp.

Those people no degree? If no degree, probably started at 2k so not surprising even if no 4k after 5 years.

You might be surprised but I heard of a couple of people there in the company for 5-7 years since Quann days and their pay is around 4k because their starting salary was low back in quann. They can easily jump to other companies with higher pay but they are too comfortable and scared of leaving their comfort zone.

Maybe they got too comfortable and decide to relax there, spend more time with family, etc. Their career, their choice, but there's a price to pay for being too comfortable and stagnating.
