You should compare the number of sw engineers/ data scientists in other banks vs dbs on linkedin. Dbs has the biggest share of the consumer banking market in singapore (i.e. the most users for their products) and would therefore invest the most into their tech offerings here (e.g. being the first bank to be awarded digital banking license). Of corse they are stil behind bigtech but for a finance tech job in Singapore they are a solid choice.

LOL cui but at least still Singaporeans, and better than hiring FTs outright hor? So if banks hire so many FTs then KBWs complain so many CECAs, then how?
