It's okay, not particularly fantastic. 4.1k as someone mentioned previously, not sure why someone got offered 4.5k, maybe that was a troll?
But they said that there will be a variable component tied to pur performance so there's that

Just received my offer as well. Still holding onto as maybe have other offers incoming, then have to weigh it out. Currently its like 3rd/4th on my list in terms of accepting.
