UBS Graduate Talent Program
Hello, could anyone answer the questions I have about this program?
1. Anyone knows the interview process and how hard is it to get in?
2. Starting Pay for the program.
3. How is the program structured?
4. Is it a good program as compared to the other management trainee programs that the other banks have to offer?
Thanks

As with any bulge bracket, the interview process will undoubtedly be tough.
Bottom-line: Apply first, think later.

Is this still open? Could you share the link?
How do you know if UBS is within the bulge bracket. Can local banks compare?

Usually there are 5 rounds.
Online test>HR call > Line Manager interview > Assessment Center > Final interview

The guys on this page are clueless. UBS is way more prestigious/pays better/more international/better career option than any of the local or regional banks' most prestigious MAPs that you can apply for. It is clearly a bulge bracket with their Front Office bankers earning 10k SGD fresh out of university (in Investment Banking or Sales and Trading). UBS is way bigger than DBS Uni.corn/ OCBC Young Bankers Program/ UOB Management Associate/ Citi Management Associate blah blah
If you don't even know this much about UBS don't waste your time applying. You won't get through to even interview stage anyway.

UBS is definitely a league above and pays so much more as well especially for FO roles. But bulge bracket? No way. All their teams are pretty **** in the table rankings lol
