2020 local uni graduate here.I love working from home.
Can use personal laptop to do work. Once I complete my tasks can “eat snake” anytime.
Can do my own side business anytime
Sometimes invite my gf to stay over can anytime make love with her.
Can watch porn sometimes while doing work.
Save on transport and food.
Did not expect such a good thing to happen upon graduating.

$3680. Excluding allowances like handphone.
Not bad wfh. 8.5 working hours per day. Technically I only spent 5 hours working on average days. Unless there are meetings will be slightly abit more.
This also helps to expand my side business with so much free time. Plus relax and eat snake
Praying that wfh will last forever. Can take advantage of the company.

This perks me up especially the make love portion which I resonate really well with my wife now
I got an offer during Covid period to join a new company starting Sep 2020 - 100% remote working as the company does not have an office in Singapore yet. Not sure how things would pan out, but I guess most people are already pretty used to WFH so technically should not have issues. I'm already thinking of which cafes I would go to for my daily WFH; while waiting to fetch my wife from work.
For all new graduates starting their first jobs WFH, good luck and make sure you communicate very well with your managers (especially those who are the insecure type and the typical "I want to see you in office working long hours" before deciding you are worthy of their appraisal).
Seems like your company has quite a good on-boarding process which not all companies would have - 3680 gross/monthly for current climate is extremely good - keep it up and all the best!

can share your experience?

Me here, I have been working from home for two months since 1st date and only meet my manager virtually. I think how they train you will depend on what job do you do? There are some softwares that allow video calls and sharing screen such as Skype or Zoom.
I work as a digital marketer, so my manager sent me some helpful video on the internet and called me on Skype me to guide me. That's not so uncomfortable and inconvenience.
Here are some tips that I've read online about working-from-home that you may find helpful.
