Sign On After 30?

Anyone can share what is your qualification and IPPT result to get shortlisted for DES FRS? I have been applying a few time and i did not even get shortlisted.

Anyone who applied for the Direct-Entry Lieutenant, can share your timeline? How long does each stage take before they notify you the result (esp the preliminary interview and panel interview)? Anyone here can share your experience ? Thank you.

After panel interview, how long will they inform you the results?

I know the cut-off age for SAF was 27 when I applied after University years ago. Not so sure if they adjust the age limit.

sign on lor. I pes E but people always assume i pes A. Want sign on also cannot. Only choice go to be a non ippt APO... Got degree also like useless because i dont intend to go for the related study jobs..

Does anyone know what this scheme is?

The only scheme I'm aware of is the Exert Conversion Scheme if you hold some technical or professional qualifications like medical related (but aren't a NS MO) or law or psychology.

You will be given ME4 rank if you're selected for the scheme. So not really commissioned officer.
