I didn't get my MI either. Started in end May last year also. If that's the case, when will MI kick in for us?

2012 - mx12
2016 - mx11
2017 - mx11, PB default C. MI 5% (300+)
5% MI is normal or above norm?

Hi, I am currently a BT on probation. Will be confirmed soon. Can I just check if there's an increment when you get confirmed, and is it separate from merit increment?

confirmation no, but you will still get your merit increment.
will get promotion increment and merit increment when you are promoted to GEO 3 in april or oct
