I myself am observing the incompetent managers (that the org trying to get rid of but can't because they are on perm) just pushing all their work down to staffers, and all the staffers leaving. Youngsters are capable but they won't stand for BS - I've seen managers organise 10 meetings to settle edits to 1 doc that they should just edit themselves.

But the incompetent managers will just bring in a new batch of fresh grad suckers to burn them out.

Second. Whoever thought about this didn't do enough thinking that the only ones who leave are those who can. If you eject most of the managers out into the private sector most of them won't survive.

Did it occur to you that nobody really knows the quantum that's why nobody is replying you?

Got a C+ for MX12. I wonder how much work or projects one has to do to get a B.
