Anyone knows what’s the rank for fresh graduate in LTA? I have 4 years of experience and was recently offered an AM role. Seems like fresh graduates are also entering as an AM?

Yup graduates get hired as asst. manager. Did you apply for an asst manager opening? Perhaps that's all they have. you should be paid more than a fresh grad if your experience is relevant.

It was an AM/DM position. The HR liaising with me is only a senior executive. So executive levels are for non degree holder? Any idea the starting pay for non engineer fresh graduates in LTA?

Senior executives are graduates in HQ. There's asst executive and executive below.
Starting pay for fresh grads should be 2.8 to 3.8 depending on your classification and NS.

Oh, so AM at HQ is not entry level for fresh graduates? I am offered a position in HR.

Agencies differ in their designation assignments. Some do not have deputy managers.
if you are really bothered, you should check with HR. having said that, designation (inflated most of the time) really counts for nothing.
