2013 - C (default since less than 1 yr in service)
2014 - B
2015 - B (told by boss my CEP is raised and got promoted)
2016 - C (default since just promoted year before)
2017 - B
2018 - B
2019 - B
2020 - B (boss just told me yesterday)

very good chance i think. I guess your mx11. Actually i'm surprised that you have not got it after consistent Bs since mx11A isn't a just a subgrade away.
