Oct is when they do ranking and promotion, so you should be the default C- unless there's someone who's super ****ed up.

Btw for DXO banding

Band III - 1.5 - 1.75 mths?
Band II - 2 - 2.5 mths?
Band I - 3 mths and above?

I think the quantum has been decided by the management already. Is already late Feb. Usually done by Jan.

Most prob won’t affect PB but will affect increment or Mid year Year End bonuses
