the MX10 has to carry the balls aka angkat bola that particular MX9's post that he wishes to replace.

2013 - 3250 -- joined SB
2014 - 3550 -- confirmation (B-)
2015 - 3650 (C+)
2016 - 4040 -- promoted (C+)
2017 - 4200 -- resigned in Jun (C+)
2018 - 4700 -- joined Ministry in Jan as MX12 (HR said my years of exp in SB are relevant)
Anyone knows if a promotion is likely next year?
