Talk like a champ, when u got no idea what other stat board salary is. Higher salary is becos of scheme ur in, not stat board u are in.

yup is about mx10, senior manager.
similar to GovTech, LTA DD also easily 2xx.
anyway i was from GovTech previously, joined LTA 2019.
back then the package was pretty similar but i also know that GovTech revised their pay package a few times since then, just wondering how much is it higher now.

I知 also MX10 Senior Manager in LTA IT and same age as you but only received $120k package last year. Can check which specialisation you are in? Cybersecurity?

Sorry but 120k is more like mx11 range.. else most likely you are at lowest range of mx10..

This is possible also because LTA grade 10 range is quite big. and there is a huge difference in compensation when it comes fo performance.
last year AVC 1.3, AWS 1, PB 2 for avg performer.. guess you are drawing about 7500 per month
i am from IT, so my package include MAC (another 1 mth plus) and i am got a B+ last year which translate to 3.8 months of PB (5% lower due to covid). total package last year is 20 mths

just realised you are from IT as well.
means you should have MAC also. you are drawing 7k as a SM in LTA?

Yah I received MAC too but less than 0.5 mth for last year. Looks like you received 1 mth plus, probably your skill set is more valued.

You from ITCD or? everyone i know has at least around 1 month MAC last year, 0.5 sounds like from other group
