Usu the promotion will be informed tgt with your PB grade. So likely you didn’t get it

Maybe still 1st Mar, just that you weren't promoted so no announcement for you.

Promotion news will only be released after mid March and before PB payout. So for those whom your RO & CO has put you up for promotion, keep your fingers cross as you stand a chance.
