but not all civil servant can get B grade

also compare the B grade at MX12 and B grade at MX11, the no. of mths of bonus is also difference...

base on year 2011 n 2012 PB data:

C grade
MX13=1.5mth
MX12=1.5mth
MX11=1.75mth

C+ grade
MX11=2.5mth

B grade
MX13=2.5mth
MX12=2.5mth
MX11=3.0mth

A grade
MX12=3.0mth

stat board bonus is it also the same as in the bonus quantum shrunk as your grade goes higher?

depends on your relationship with your boss, the amount that you subtly carry balls and also how well you 'wayang'.

Hi, I'm curious to find out how much dhifference, if any, is there between a local uni grad and private uni
grad. Is it true that private grads don't exactly get hired in ministries - only stat boards? What are the chances of a private grad in stat board transferring to ministry?

I meant to ask, how much difference in salary? If say a first class hons between local uni and first class hons private uni grad

What ratings do you give to yourself as part of self assessment in your annual review? and what are we supposed to write? Brag ourself? Anyone wants to share on this.

I join civil service last aug.. this mth PB was given 0.85.. is it normal??.. or is it really under paid??... cause heard usually first year min 1 mth pb
