Almost impossible. Rather than asking yourself this kind of wishy-washy question how about work hard to get FO in the first place? If you really want it you should work for it, instead of wishy-washy wish upon the star.

this is kinda dumb, the work OP would have to put in now would have to consist of building a time machine LOL how else can you turn back time and work harder to get FO?

asking how to move from BO to FO IS putting the work in wherever he can to TRY and break into FO hopefully

not possible then just say not possible, can consider other industries

Well he could very well be someone still studying and considering if FO can be broken from BO. Idk why you assume he's already in the industry, unless of course you are too shy to admit you're the original asker of the question xD.
