Its not even remotely close to ER. Portfolio analysts are there to manage the asset allocation of unsophisticated dumb ****s who are too braindead to buy index funds and would rather pay higher fees for worse performance. At least ER caters to 'sophisticated' institutional clients.

hi uol here, try to apply for ONLY jpm or gs as the hiring managers here are all uol. a good 90% of employees here are from uol and the rest from ite/poly.

Apply for the roles, get through the resume screening and pass all the interviews and you are good to go.
