The firms you’ve mentioned unfortunately do not hire fresh associates in Singapore. But other “Tier 2.5” firms like Strategy& and EY-Parthenon hover around 4K.

OW definitely hires fresh grads (~90k+ pa base), ATK & RB do hire but headcount is extremely low and is cyclical (~6.5k pm base)

I’ve actually heard that Strategy& pays around 5.5 - 6... figures for EY-Parthenon are indeed around 4K. No info on Monitor Deloitte.

Tech only pays 7k for Technical roles like swe, associate product manager, data scientist. For sales, marketing role and operations it starts at 4.5k. Sales can get generous commission fee on top of the base.
