Hear from my friend that his friend that joined Cognizant was taught how to use Appian, a low code tool that is drag and drop for developing simple web applications. After that, he is seconded to another company to help them develop simple web apps with Appian. He wants to change his job to join other company as SWE but is always rejected because he only knows how to use Appian.
