yes. guaranteed promotion every year for first 2 years unless you screw up big time.

yes. amount may differ across divisions and subject to company performance/economy every year.

Oh snaps!! May I ask how you think your progression post-grad would be like? Or at least based on how senior/alumni batches are progressing? In terms of promotion, pay? Or have a bunch of them hopped off for greener pastures?
