The only things that differentiate this programme from direct hires are that you can rotate to different departments and attend training courses during the programme. No local uni grad worth their salt will stay in a local bank for more than 2-3 years, unless they are fast tracked for management.
omg it's not fast tracked? why is it called a "talent program" then? does this mean GTPs start at the lowest grade similar to direct hire fresh grads?
