DBS Salary for Associate/Senior Associate

Hi, I'm going for round 2 interview for Associate / Senior Associate role under Group Finance. Can anyone advise the salary range for both titles? Not sure which one I'll be considered under but I have approx 3 years experience in accounting and admin. Thanks in advance!

Did you find out how much they offering you for senior Assoc? I might be promoted to senior Assoc this year and am just wondering....

This gauge depends on 18 DBS Bank Senior Associate compensation report(s) given by workers or assessed dependent on factual techniques. When figuring in rewards and extra remuneration, a Senior Associate at DBS Bank can hope to make a normal aggregate pay of $86,150

In general,

Associate - 1.5 to 4 years experience (Counted from Undergrad, Degree)
Salary ranged 3.5k to 5.5k gross, excluding bonuses (Bonuses depends on BU)

Senior Associate - 2.5 years to 7 years experience (Counted from Undergrad, Degree)
Salary ranged 4.5k to 7.5k gross, excluding bonuses (Bonuses depends on BU)

Depends on your degree and the "real value" perceived from your experience in your accounting and admin.

i.e. Local U Degree = more value to a certain extent compared to xxx university
i.e. Experiences from big MNC usually wins over SME experiences most of the time.
