salary for second year senior associate in Big 4
hello,
Anyone has idea how much the big 4 pay for second year senior tax associate? Is 5k montly reasonable?

4-4.4 k is certainly low consider the hours we need to put on during tax season.

that's the norm, who cares if you dont agree with it, many takers are willing.
are you a big 4 experienced in singapore? probably elsewhere. if you don't agree with that in Big4, then big 4 is not for you.
mainstream audit guys are expected to work harder than guys in tax, but they are receiving the same, so what makes you think they will allow you to demand a higher salary?

just got promoted
hi guys, I just got promoted to be snior in one of the big 4 companies. so this is like my 3rd year and i will be senior 1.
how much should i make? I got 4k. in good time, they gave 4,2k. am i getting underpaid here?

hell no
hell no your not, for a senior 1, sgd 4k is on the high side. who told you that in good times 4.2k is the norm? 4.2k is for senior 2's and not senior 1s.
you should be thankful with what your having.
what big 4 are you in? i bet kpmg, for the rest of the big 4 only offers 3.7k to 3.9k for S1.

what is the monthly pay range for a 1st year manager in Big4?
any idea how much a first year tax manager in a Big 4 can fetch in a month, i noe it depends, but any rough range?

maybe 5.5 k or less in big 4 except kpmg if 1st year manager. kpmg maybe more than that.
