In general,
Associate - 1.5 to 4 years experience (Counted from Undergrad, Degree)
Salary ranged 3.5k to 5.5k gross, excluding bonuses (Bonuses depends on BU)
Senior Associate - 2.5 years to 7 years experience (Counted from Undergrad, Degree)
Salary ranged 4.5k to 7.5k gross, excluding bonuses (Bonuses depends on BU)
Depends on your degree and the "real value" perceived from your experience in your accounting and admin.
i.e. Local U Degree = more value to a certain extent compared to xxx university
i.e. Experiences from big MNC usually wins over SME experiences most of the time.
