Can anyone advice if it's worth to take up a 1 year contact role at ESG for Development Partner?

Based on the reviews and the more than 50+ job postings on career@gov, seems that there is very high turnover. Is it because of 1 year contact role not being renewed and they have to hire someone new? If it is, means it is very unstable job to take on. Or maybe is because people jumped to private sector?

for my own division

have seen fair share of Associates/Snr Associates come and go

Perm staff

think amongst the coming & going, there's one whh came during Covid...within 3months tendered...and nvr seen his face b4 kind
