Leaving CS after 7 YOE. Got an offer for senior associate at local bank for high 7k. Area of work is in data analytics in non-finance areas. About 30% increment from current base but fall slightly short of my current annual package because CS has quite a number of bonuses throughout the year. Also waiting for offers from other companies. Local company only offer a low 7k, while still waiting for offer from MNC after clearing all stages. TBH I'm quite thankful for getting offers already as I have been rejected by countless companies since the start of the year. But now I'm not sure whether to go with the local bank and it seems the MNC is more aligned to my interest in using data analytics for finance. But I'm also not sure what the MNC may offer me.

Any advice?
