Anyone got an invite to apply for certain roles by UOB? Was wondering if it’s just an automated mail when your resume matches key words in the JDs

Hi, need some advice. Currently working in compliance in foreign bank. Close to 14k per month base salary with about 9 years of experience. If I am going to jump to UOB/DBS, what title and base salary can I expect?
Thanks

That’s incredibly high, esp for AVP. Kudos bro/sis. Mind sharing some clues or hints what bank it is? It can’t be JPM since they don’t have AVP rank.
If DBS, VP. But pushing very close to SVP min pay already.
If UOB, should be FVP. But they may give you VP2 (can still fit into the salary range), because UOB more anal abt years of service. 9 is too short for FVP.

If the foreign bank has bonus >= DBS, He may expect 15% inc(16k) as VP
Otherwise 10% base inc as VP.
And JPM 602 will be treated as AVP.
usually JPM and CITI has less bonus, Standard chartered has similar bonus as DBS.

15-16k as DBS VP still possible, but no doubt it already hits VP mid~high range

UOB (SME credit analyst) vs BOC (Corporate credit analyst), say remuneration is about the same with difference of 1-200 in term of monthly salary.
Anyone able to give some insights on the working environment/culture of these 2 banks. Which one will have greater career prospect and exit opportunity?
Thank you!
