Even mid tier BBs like CS/Barclays pay ~5.3k for ops fresh grad.
Not sure about GS/MS/JPM, but their tech track starts at Upper 5k+ close to 6k for fresh grads.
Anyway, your local banks grad programme are alr paying 3.8-4.5k even for ops, so please exercise common sense before you post nonsense like the info above.

Please lah... Go to glassdoor and do a search. Stop ballooning the figures. Average pay for ops in gs is not even 5k.
