Siaec
SIAEC IS USING THEIR REPUTATION TO ATTRACT PEOPLE. IM A TLAE THERE AND I TOTALLY REGRET JOINING THEM. THEY TREAT U WITHOUT ANY WELFARE IN OTHER WORDS FEED YOU TO THE DOGS. LOOKS RESPECTABLE FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT ITS ALL DIFFERENT FROM THE INSIDE. TELL ME HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE ON 1k FOR 4 YEARS? I EVEN EARNED MORE AS AN OFFICER DURING MY DAYS AT 3SIR. WELL FOR ST AERO MY FRIENDS ARE ALSO SAYING THE SAME THING SO ITS BEST TO TAKE A DEGREE AND BECOME A WHITE COLLARED ENGINEER RATHER THAN AN LAE TRUST ME GUYS.

Hi all Seniors in the field:
I am curious and want to join the aerospace field , I think I am lucky to view this topic before I sign the 8 years bonds after gone through the interview with ST aero. Some of guys really shared the pessimistic/disgusting facts. Thanks for all.
May I roughly know how much can I get after 3years 8 months training? How about for a degree holder? Is there any bonus or other benefit?

Attended a talk in UniSIM just now conducted by ST Aeropace.. they make the company sound really prospective leh.. But they were actually more looking for Degree holders... It appears that there is either a shortage of white collar engineers due to expansion, high turnover rate.. Anybody knows what the life is like working as a white collar engineer in the company?? Prospect better than a LAE??

I wish you best of luck if you join ST. Don't ask the HR, ask relatives or friends who have worked there.
