Cool

never ending one...everyone felt victimised.. those who got promoted or graded as expect will be glad that it finally happened to them..

but its simple to solve... change out senior management, including POD. how to go to Govtech 2.0 with the same management and same POD head? rotate them out please.

People that complain they had a low performance rating and bonus, know in their heart they enjoyed the work life balance, the relative low career risk to reward climate, paid training, these kind of things.

There is a price to pay to be a high performer and most people I have seen just like to compare and do minimum work for maximum bonus.
