Are ppl with the same performance letter grade getting the same number of months of individual performance bonus?

I think yes. But we can only find out end April

Not sure if it differ from services etc( just talking about individual performance )

That means same rank + same grade = same CPB and same IPB. And if role is the same, MDR is same too
