Does bell curve change every year or quite stable across years? Do median, kurtosis, average change?
A transparent performance management system should disclose this info IMO

Actually can be not so good too. How do they compare services vs central team or ogp? So ogp produced parking sg and form sg thats widely used , they will keep getting A?

Requirements are Basically your JD as DBA.
Can look at your performance appraisal and how u grade yourself.
If u did nothing that exceed expectations, don't think about getting A

its based on the concept that every job grade has a certain job size therefore everyone at each job grade is expected to take on certain job size so a network engr of grade G is equivalent in job size to a grade G App developer
