Every role is tied to a grade. All grade is the same.
So doesn't matter if u are like the AI scientists, if your grade is grade G then u are the same like the DBA like us.u get what j mean

Ratio is not the issue. The issue is that a significant number of GDS ACE ROs do not come from technical backgrounds, so how can they properly assess the performance of the engineers under them?
