I'm not from GovTech, but went to look at some of the LinkedIn profiles and was wondering why GovTech as a Singapore SB will hire "foreigners". They definitely don't look Singaporean to me. Next time I guess Mindef can follow to hire 1 star Generals from some other nations (status match)

GovTech said they were currently working in cross-functional teams across the organisation, and collaborating with various agencies on projects to benefit the "whole of government".


Gong simi lan jiao. Talk as if they are distributed across govtech teams(which would not have caused such a big hooha). Isnt it the fact that they are all in one single division with no clear deliverables one of the issue there?
