2nd lower maybe got chance if you get a relatively less stringent division, anything below 2nd lower is unlikely alr as govtech is a govt job after all

would also make sense if its across the board increment tho

better seek clarity with HR. also, offer letter shouldve stated your package, including whether there's AWS or anniversary bonus. absence of such terms means sus.

and yes, if you join in July, other increments will not apply unless they zidong give you new contract. whatever u signed, is what you get when u join.

ah you have reach the point of fake-grade to real-grade transition. probably will take a while, just work hard and suck up hard to get your Bs consecutively
