Can only say its not SVC. HR rep only asked for my expected compensation during first phone interview, as well as before offer is made. Nowhere was I asked to provide payslip.

If HR really researched the payscale for the jobs using payslip, I would definitely be laughing my ass out literally. IRAS exists and if it fails, just purchase datasets from recruitment agencies who release yearly reports.

SVC here, need submit payslip as requested by HR last time!

HQ, HR did try her luck to ask, but can refuse. But HR will insist that you give expected salary

dont understand why ppl keep saying they are lowballed? they accepted the job so how can it be low balled. it means they accepted that that is their value

Ya loh, as a fresh grad hire I feel that the pay is really decent. First-year already can reach 6 digits annual total compensation.
