A - 4.5 x monthly (top 5% normally)
B - 3 x monthly (idk this is top how many, maybe 25-30 %?)
C - ranges from C+ to C- , C+ will get more than 1 x montly, C is 1 x monthly and C - is less than 1 x monthly.
Side note : not sure if there's B- or B+, my guess is that there is. But there's no A- or A+ for sure. This structure really gives me ptsd from uni days hahaha

Like the time taken for HR to get back to you after the interview. When did HR asked you to fill in the G50 or security clearance form, etc? Thanks!

I think HR got back to me slightly less than 1 mth after the interview to inform of the success and to check if you are still keen on the role.
Few weeks to process your confirmation and they to complete the backgroud check including reference check, your salary negotiations before offer letter is prepared. Thats when you will fill up clearance and g50. Hope this helps.

Gov tech HR called me just now to inquire about infrastructure engineer job role, but I have already signed a contract with OCBC SOC analyst. Not sure, which company's progression will be better.
My education background

I believe that the salary will be lower in Govtech compared to private companies. If you are looking for higher salary, OCBC will be the priority.

Thanks! This helps a lot to manage my own expectations on the timeline.
Did you apply thru Govtech workday? If yes, what will the status show when you verbally confirm with HR that you are keen to take up that position?

Yep workday, the status will not change until after offer letter signed and even so it takes like few weeks before the status changes to successful application. So don't worry.
