HR know u experienced people got nowhere to jump to. Thats why they dare to only increase pay for fresh grads and not experienced people like yourself.
If u so satki you long ago jumped to other company already, why need to wait until now then update resume?
High chance you will still stay there and continue to complain about fresh grads getting higher pay than you while you cant do anything about it.

For tech industry, best to move companies every 3 to 4 years to get your desired promotion and pay raise. This is esp true for your initial years in this sector.
