PDM (such as GDS, DSAI, IOT) n cyber security side took in most of the D-F staff as cyber-security engineers, developers, designers, and BAs etc.
Other groups (such as SVC, GIG) don't usually take in fresh grads la, usually minimum Grade F.
I heard one of the teams that worked damn hard for covid related work (8am - 12am every day) for a year.... only promoted from D to F only....
so if you are going to think you can jump from Grade D to Grade G one shot, let me know when u did it

Yeah, I recently joined as fresh grad. Just started working 1 month ago. FCH with 5.5k base pay. Hearsay if you join through TAP can get 6k+ base.

I guess I have slowly grind eh. Just find it a bit weird like you promoted but still the same title (E.g. Associate XXX).

its akin as if u r a 3rd sgt (D) -> 2nd sgt (D) -> 1st sgt (D) but still sgt..
then magically became a CPT1 (G) CPT2(H) and still a CPT :P

Nowadays fresh grad so much pay?
Walao. Then should have market adjustment for experience staff?
Cannot be my grade higher but earning lesser soon.
Btw what is the average performance bonus for 2yrs contract staff?
Going to jump ship so have to calculate exact monthly pay as pther side no bonuses.

HR is sleeping, force experience staff to jump ship. Last year only all Associate level got market adjustment some more. Time to update resume I guess.
