Hearsay only extends the contract, even the contract staff is suppose to get a C based on their performance, they scarify the perm quota and bail them out with C+ to extend 1 year, B for 2 years contract.

If write suggest to write to WP or board member. Cause the root cause hasn't been addressed properly which is ex indeed

Temp - max 2 years.these are AR, payroll not from Govtech but 3rd party recruitment agency.. direct contract - 4 years max.
