Not sure leh. Did you divide your IPB by your previous Base Salary before the Annual Merit Increment? Not sure if Grade B for consecutive years also affects the IPB or not?

I see by the % in workday so should be correct. hmmm, diff department diff rates? isn't the grading done across whole of govtech doe?
