Well, are your peers earning 140K++ earning that in Govtech? If so, they may have some very significant accomplishments while here or joined as TAP. Or are they earning 140K outside, in that case the comparison is even dumber for obvious reasons. You don't have their accomplishments and want their money, not going to end well for you mentally.

If you believe you can get better offers elsewhere then you should go for it.

Side note: I don't think Govtech values academics that much for mid career joiners.

Also, Govt don work that way, if they value your capabilities, HR would had given you grade H instead of G. FYI, I transferred over to GT via movement policy at MX11

I’m hearing you comparing about ur peers getting 140k, assuming they are in private sector?hence all I could say is give it a miss if you think you are being shortchanged.

I think you misunderstood me, I didn't say I don't have their accomplishments. Its somewhat the opposite, but nevermind. Thank you for your response.
