Also, years of experience doesnt translate to capability btw. My peers are earning 140k++, same year of exp as me but I have better qualifications, hence the question of whether this offer is worth it since its quite a bit less.

Also, Govt don work that way, if they value your capabilities, HR would had given you grade H instead of G. FYI, I transferred over to GT via movement policy at MX11
I’m hearing you comparing about ur peers getting 140k, assuming they are in private sector?hence all I could say is give it a miss if you think you are being shortchanged.
