I thought so too, cos the package which nus offered to me, it was almost a $10K paycut. Tried to nego with HR but they justify that they are already giving me a higher basic, but the thing is, they are just taking my monthly pay multiply by 13 and divide by 12. Nus is not taking into consideration of your annual package. In short, don't bother with nus if u want high pay.

I'm looking for more of exposure as I have not switched jobs for over 10 years. Guessed this might be the right platform to begin with. Pay wise lateral move. Hoping to gain the right skills for progress
