HR called me like 2 weeks + ago and sent me the official offer like 1 day after the phone call. If u got verbal offer, means shldnt need to worry bah, just wondering what is the quoted pay + bonus they offered you?

Yeap, they called me to notify I was successful. Though hr only told me it's around 4k+, similar to the previous post, but subject to confirmation and will only know more details when the contract is sent. Which then loops back to me not receiving any contract yet haha

Oh i see, perhaps they are still finalising the contract, maybe u can email the HR to check? becuz starting date is less than 1mth away. tbh i had a very tough time deciding as their offer is considered quite attractive for fresh grad given the work life balance lol

nus definitely has better work-life balance, but you have to accept the below-market rate pay, typically at least 20% lower, cos nus doesnt pay aws and PB is at most 1 month plus for average performer.

I think it depends, my friend is currently in the NUS MA programme, they getting fast tracked to assistant manager within 18mths but no aws their starting salaries are in the mid 4K range with a big 5 figure bonus (bond), if add up, per mth nearly 5k for fresh grad with 6pm go home everyday and getting a bump in position n pay upon completion of the programme..
