in 2020 - miss out increment (lag by 3%)
in 2021 - expected (get back the lag 3% , and the 3% for 2021),
ie, monthly salary x 1.03 x 1.03

I also wonder if management take 20% pay cut. Then salary freeze.

Does it mean when it's back to normal their salary bump up to 26%?
